About Us

Who am I gonna be working with?

When you choose E-Moxie for your next web or marketing project, you will be working with several talented and experienced individuals.

  • Matt Pramschufer

As a Co-Founder and the head of Sales and Marketing, Matt knows what it is like to wear several hats while running a successful business. In 2003 Co-Founder, Chris Stone and Matt Pramschufer came together to form E-Moxie. For the past seven years they have bootstrapped the business from a casual hobby to a successful industry leading company.

Having a superior gift of gab, it only makes sense that Matt is the face of the company at networking events, client meetings, and sales presentations. Along with the uncanny ability to talk Matt also likes to give back to the community by volunteering at the local Boys and Girls club in addition to mentoring students on website design at Harford Technical High School.

When Matt is not working he enjoys spending time outdoors, being a proud father, drinking cheap beer, pretending he can fix things around the house, and most importantly having a good time.

  • Chris Stone

Chris is one of the founding partners of E-Moxie. He has a degree in Computer Science and handles all of E-Moxie’s daily operations, along with where the company is headed. Development practices, system management, smooth running internet systems, and the day-to-day operations of E-Moxie are just some of the areas he handles on a daily basis. He has always had a strong attraction and savvy relationship with computers. During his early years of high school he discovered his affinity for the internet, and has been doing things with it ever since (over 13 years!). He is an expert in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and other many other internet related technologies. Chris is also the Baltimore PHP User Group organizer, where he is working on developing a strong PHP developer community in the Baltimore area. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, playing Xbox (send him a friend request!), projects around the house, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Megan Shanholtz

Megan Shanholtz has been a member of the E-Moxie team since 2007; Megan works primarily as a PHP developer and producer, although she fulfills other roles as needed for tasks such as graphic design and customer service. She is usually found developing new tools for our clients' custom content management systems, converting your awesome design to a web-ready template or general code-monkeying. Her typical morning routine includes a hot Bikram yoga class at six am, followed by a non-fat caramel latte, then off to the office for tea and fruit or a bagel to round things out. The rest of the day slides by in an avalanche of fast and flurried typing, more bagels and tackled deadlines.

Prior to joining E-Moxie, Megan was a student at the College of Engineering at Boston University, majoring in biomedical engineering. She has also worked various jobs over her short career including one as a research assistant in the field of theoretical mathematics and physics, professional poker player, entrepreneur and medical support positions. After spending five years living in Boston and San Francisco, Megan has once again settled into the familiar territory of Baltimore, where she was raised by her adoptive family since the age of one. When Megan is not beleaguering her keyboard with her demanding typing style, she might be found taking in a performance at the Baltimore or National Symphony Orchestra, reading in her papasan chair, watching anime, botching a new recipe or attempting to learn a new language or two.

  • Paul Smith

Paul is the newest member of E-Moxie's team, having graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.A. in Visual Arts; Graphic Design. He has spent the last decade doing design and code for clients in the local region, and has developed a passion for web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, MySQL and Wordpress. He is an avid musician; playing guitar, writing, recording, and aspiring to be a rockstar for the past few years. Otherwise, he spends his time searching for good movies, good sushi, good websites and a good laugh.
