So You've Got a Book. Now What?

With seven (7) pages, you can perfectly cover the key points necessary to successfully market yourself as a self-publishing author. For your pages, we would suggest the following:

• Home Page
  Should be about 3-4 paragraphs welcoming the user to the site, describe each section briefly. The home page is basically a summery of the entire site.
• About the Author
  Should be about 2-4 paragraphs about the author. We can also add a photo of the author here with their email addresses.
• About The Book
  This should be an expanded version of the back cover text. I would recommend about 4-5 paragraphs and then at the bottom we will have a link that says, "Want to read excerpts from the book, Click here"
• Samples
  I would recommend taking 3 juicy parts of your book and we can display them in plain text on the website or we can put up PDFs. When choosing, remember your goal is the have the viewer read enough to want to read more, but not enough to satisfy their curiosity of the book. Just as an example, if you have a section where there is a murder scene like, "There is a struggle between Johnny and Tommy; Johnny manages to draw his gun and aims at tommy, he slowly squeezes the trigger and..." Time Frame To Complete: In normal circumstances this package takes 7-10 days to complete, however that can depend a lot on how quickly we can go back and forth.

Time Frame To Complete: 24 Hours
