Skill, experience, initiative, and know-how.

E-Moxie is a full service website design and development company that takes pride in the success of its customers. We're not your dad's design firm and we don't farm out development work. We are fully staffed with creative thinkers, outrageous problem solvers and progressive developers.

Our main goal is not only to develop a fantastic-looking website for you but also to ensure that you are successful online. We do this by striking the perfect balance between design, marketing, development and promotion.

Our Office

Currently, E-Moxie has rooted down at 2021E Pulaski Highway in beautiful Havre de Grace, Maryland, about 35 minutes north of Baltimore City in rural Harford County. Our office is equipped with Mac, Windows and Linux platforms.

Chris Stone

Chris is one of the founding partners of E-Moxie. He has a degree in Computer Science and handles all of E-Moxie's daily operations as well as the company's long-term plan. Ensuring that development practices, system management, Internet systems, and the day-to-day operations of E-Moxie run smoothly are just some of the tasks Chris tackles on a daily basis. He is an expert in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and many other Internet-related technologies. Chris is also the Baltimore PHP User Group organizer, where he is working on developing a strong PHP developer community in the Baltimore area. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, playing Xbox (send him a friend request!), projects around the house and spending time with family and friends.

Matt Pramschufer

As co-founder and the head of sales and marketing, Matt knows what it is like to wear several hats while running a successful business. For the past seven years Matt and partner Chris Stone have bootstrapped E-Moxie from a casual hobby to an industry-leading company.

When Matt is not working he is a proud father who also enjoys spending time drinking cheap beer, pretending he can fix things around the house and, most importantly, having a good time, all of which make him fun to work with.
